By using our services, you agree to the terms below.
1. General Agreement
All clients must provide accurate and verifiable information.
EverythingByElite reserves the right to approve or decline any application.
2. Membership Requirement
A one time ₦10,000 onboarding fee is required to access services.
3. Savings and Investment Terms
A 5% service charge applies to savings.
Returns are based on selected plans.
Clients must follow agreed contribution structures.
4. Loan Terms
Repayment Obligation
Borrowers must repay loans fully and on time according to the agreed schedule.
Definition of Default
A default occurs when a payment is missed.
No communication is received within 2 working days.
Penalties
Late payments attract a ₦5,000 daily penalty.
Right to Recovery
After four defaults, the company may recover funds.
Recovery may involve seizure of goods or business assets.
Items may be sold or held until debt is fully cleared.
Legal Action
Failure to cooperate may result in legal proceedings.
Failure to cooperate may also be reported to law enforcement.
5. Guarantor Agreement
Every loan must have a guarantor.
The guarantor is fully responsible in case of default.
Liability remains until full repayment is completed.
6. Verification Policy
All applications undergo independent verification.
False information leads to immediate disqualification.
7. Amendments
EverythingByElite reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
